If you'd like to cancel your FileGuardian service before the trial ends, simply email us at support@myshugo.com with the name of your company. A member of our team will contact you at the phone number on file for your company to confirm your desire to cancel FileGuardian.

Otherwise, you'll enjoy FileGuardian for just $24.99/month for as long as your account is active. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time.

Free Security

We're glad you've chosen the security of FileGuardian to protect your business. We created the "Free" plan because wanted to provide security protection for as many small businesses as possible.

If you'd like to cancel your FileGuardian service at any point in time, simply email us at support@myshugo.com with the name of your company. A member of our team will contact you at the phone number on file for your company to confirm your desire to cancel FileGuardian.

Remember, the free plan has limitations on number and size of files that can be sent each month. Our unlimited plans start for as little as $.82/day -- that's less than a cup of coffee! If you'd like/need unlimited restrictions click here to change your plan selection.
